About Felter's Accounting

Linda Felter, owner of Felter's Accounting & Income Tax, Inc. started her business in 1992. She started out slowly while she also worked full time. Tired of being at the mercy of the economy and lay-offs, she decided to work full time in her own office in March of 2002.

She is a 1983 graduate of the University of Arizona, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a major in accounting. She worked for IBM for a total of 12 years as an accountant and financial analyst until shortly after the 9-11 events that changed everyone's lives.

She enjoys working with her clients to help them understand their financial position and always attempts to make it informative in a casual and relaxed environment. You will not find any stiff and overbearing attitude with her, or any little green visors! Linda loves to laugh and assist her clients. Those who have animals as part of their family (like hers) are welcome to bring them as well.

Linda moved to Tucson with her Mother and Father and brother in 1963, (almost a native), she has lived in California, Iowa, Colorado, and Idaho. She moved back permanently to Tucson in 1991, to be with her family and friends again. A 1973 graduate of Santa Rita High School's first 4 year class. She was VP of her class for 2 years and a cheerleader for 2 years.

Linda also prepares individual as well as business income tax returns. She does not believe in charging by the form, and only charges by the hour. This saves most of her clients money.

She also works in-depth with you to legally minimize any taxes you may owe.
